Tier Selection allows you to choose your subscription level and activate its included features within your account settings.
Subscription Management
Access Account Settings
Navigate to your account settings to manage your MyGuldmann subscription. Select "Account" to view your user and company information before changing your subscription tier.
Select Subscription Tier
To activate new features, select a new subscription tier. From "Account" settings, go to "Tier selection". Compare the "BASIC" and "PRO" tiers to understand their features, then select the tier you want to activate.

The Pro tier includes several enhanced features compared to the Basic tier:

View data from hoist in your local timezone for accurate analysis
Restrict user access to certain locations for enhanced security

Subscription Confirmation
Confirm Tier Activation
Verify your new subscription tier is active by checking for a confirmation message. This message appears after activation to indicate your subscription change is complete.
View Activated Features
See the features unlocked by your new subscription. Return to the "Tier selection" screen or explore the MyGuldmann application to observe the new functionalities and confirm your access to the upgraded tier benefits.
