Overview
Connect to Guldmann links your company profile to an existing Guldmann customer record. This process verifies your Customer ID and a recent invoice number, enabling access to Guldmann-specific features and data within MyGuldmann.
Account Connection
Navigate to Account Management
Access your account settings to manage your company's connection to Guldmann. Select "Account" from the main menu to open the account management section.
Initiate Company Connection
Begin linking your MyGuldmann account to your official Guldmann customer profile by selecting "Connect to Guldmann" in the account management section. If your account is already connected, confirm you wish to replace the existing connection to proceed.
Enter Customer ID
Provide your Guldmann Customer ID in the designated field on the "Connect company to Guldmann" page to identify your company within the Guldmann system.
Enter Invoice Number
Enter a valid invoice number from a recent Guldmann transaction in the "Invoice number" field to verify your company's identity and confirm your active relationship with Guldmann.
Invoice Number Requirement
You need an matching invoice number linked to your Customer ID for connection. In case you don't have access to this information, please get in touch with your local representive.
Confirm Connection
Complete the process by selecting "Connect to Guldmann" after entering your Customer ID and Invoice Number. If the details match, your account will connect, granting you access to Guldmann-specific features and data.
