User Management

Pro Tier Access Required

This feature is only available in the Pro tier.

Manage user accounts to control access and maintain accurate records within MyGuldmann. You can view all users, update their information, assign roles, remove accounts, or transfer company ownership.

Access and Manage Users

View User List

To manage user accounts, access the user list to see all registered users. The list displays each user's role, name, email, and account expiration status, allowing you to review all profiles.

Select a User for Actions

To edit, delete, or transfer ownership of a user account, select the user from the list. This action reveals a menu of available management options for that specific user.

Edit User Account

Update User Information

To maintain accurate records, update user details such as their role, name, and address. These changes ensure all user data is current.

Save User Changes

Confirm your modifications to save changes to a user's profile. This action permanently records the updated information.

Perform User Account Actions

Delete User Account

Remove a user's access to MyGuldmann by deleting their account. This action permanently removes the user from your company's list.

Transfer Account Ownership

Reassign administrative control of your company's MyGuldmann environment to another user. Select the transfer ownership option for a user to assign them as the new owner, facilitating a handover of responsibilities.
