View Hoists Inventory
To view a comprehensive list of all hoists, select Assets from the menu bar. This displays the hoists inventory, including serial number, location, and usage data.
Ikons
Icon color indication
Yellow icons show a feature can be added; green means a feature is active. Contact your local Guldmann office for more details.
CLM: Provides information on utilization and statistics for better management.
Class III: Features an integrated scale that complies with Class III standards for accurate weight measurement.
Scale: Contains a scale that helps with precise weight tracking.
Service: Details about maintenance procedures and scheduling to keep the hoist in optimal condition.
Trainer: Offers guidance and support for initiating patient mobilization.
WiFi: Includes a built-in WiFi module for easy connectivity.
Select Inventory Location
To filter the hoists inventory by a specific location, use the 'All locations' dropdown menu to choose the desired inventory location. This updates the table to show only hoists from that selected area.
Inspect Hoist Details
View Hoist Details
To inspect detailed information about a specific hoist, select the Action button next to the desired hoist in the inventory table and choose View details. This displays comprehensive information about the hoist.
Check Service History
To review past maintenance and service records for a hoist, locate the 'Service' section while viewing hoist details. This section shows the last and next service dates.
Review Hoist Specifications
To understand the technical capabilities of a hoist, examine the 'Product type', 'Max weight', and 'Active modules' sections while viewing hoist details. This provides information on its model, capacity, and installed features.
Modify Hoist Location
Initiate Hoist Relocation
To begin assigning a hoist to a new physical location, select the Action button next to the hoist you wish to move in the inventory table and choose Move hoist.
Select New Location
To specify the target destination for the hoist, use the Location input field to select or enter the new location in the relocation interface.
Confirm Location Change
To finalize the relocation of the hoist, confirm the change by selecting the Move to location button after selecting the new location.
