Installation

Create Company

StartUp

The MyGuldmann dashboard provides an overview of hoist operations and statistics. At the top, there is a navigation bar with options for 'Assets', 'Manage', and 'System'. The 'Hoists with active errors' widget shows a warning icon and indicates that one hoist has active errors, with a link to view all locations. The 'Hoists summary' widget displays total weight lifted, distance hoisted, and operation time. The 'Hoists utilization' widget features a gauge indicating usage levels. Additional widgets include 'Hoists age distribution', 'Slings age distribution', 'Hoists daily lifts', 'Hoists lifts over time', 'Hoists usage frequency', and 'Hoists weight distribution', each with graphical representations and legends. The date range for the data is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. In the top right corner, there are dropdowns for selecting the time period and location. The footer contains contact information for IT support.

Inventory

Locations

Invites

Users

The 'Manage roles' screen in the MyGuldmann application allows administrators to configure permissions for different user roles. On the right side, there is a list of permissions associated with the selected role, such as 'Browse hoists lifts', 'Browse hoists usage', 'Browse hoists weight', 'Handle hoists summary', and 'Browse slings usage', each with a checkbox to enable or disable the permission. Some permissions like 'Claim slings', 'Inspect slings', and 'Browse slings' are checked, indicating they are enabled for the Technician role. At the bottom left, there is a dropdown button labeled 'Role' for additional actions related to role management. The top navigation bar includes options for 'Assets', 'Manage', and 'System'.

Roles

Filters for 'Last year' and 'All locations' are available at the top right. Each section has a right arrow for more details.

Tier Selection

Account

On the left side, there is a navigation menu with options: 'Units', 'Intervals', and 'Statistics'. The 'Units' section is currently selected, displaying options for 'Height Unit', 'Weight Unit', 'Short Date Format', 'Long Date Format', 'Time Format', and 'Date/Time Format'. Each option shows the current setting, such as 'Metric (meters, cm)' for height and 'Metric (kilograms)' for weight. Date and time formats are displayed as '17-03-2026' and '20:32', respectively. These settings are personal and do not affect other users. The top navigation bar includes 'Assets', 'Manage', and 'System' menus, along with icons for notifications and user profile on the right.

Settings
